Wrist Distaff
Remember when everyone made one of these with instructions from one of the ancient Spin-Off magazines? I came across this one this morning. It is made with some spindle spun tussah silk and assorted beads. I may have even dyed the silk. I don’t use it much because the silk is very sticky and the fiber really stick to it, making a mess of my fiber.

Maybe it’s because I recently went sugar free, but I thought those were little candies at first. Haven’t seen that spin-off, but I do have a spinning wheel. Love the thought of beads and fibers. Pretty card!
